fr AM till lunch den aft lunch non stop workin sia.. hai..

if onli this is exercise wk out den sure 2 lose wt ah but no lo its office wk so sure gg sit there e whole day..

liddat tummy sure gg come out even more liao hai..

gg more n more fat liao trousers all like cannot wear liao even e LEVIS jeans size 36 oso can hardly fit in liao man so sian diao..

muz lose some wts liao if not cannot go on ah liddat..
